The episode begins with a grim scene where Lawrence is humiliated when someone throws a coin at him, demanding repayment. Despite his demeaning circumstances, Lawrence quietly collected the money and moved on. He then approached Holo, asking her to hold the money while he tried his luck gambling. Holo finally reaches his breaking point and confronts him about his pitiful behavior.
Previously, Holo made the mistake of insisting on going with Lawrence, which hindered his ability to secure money. Lawrence, on the other hand, treats Holo rudely, rejecting her attempts to comfort him. As adults, they admitted their mistakes and sincerely apologized to each other, highlighting the growth in their relationship. A potential romantic connection becomes apparent when Holo questions why Lawrence is so understanding of her actions and is disappointed by his unromantic response.
This tender moment is interrupted when Holo reveals a daring plan to resolve their predicament. Today's episode is full of surprises and has many dramatic moments. It begins with an extremely dangerous mission that is supposed to make things better for Lawrence and Holo. They finally reach the city of Lamtra with Nora and attempt to smuggle some gold in Ruvenheigen. They were also joined by Marten, who came from Remerio Trading Company. He is the one who will go inside Lamtra and take out the gold, while Lawrence and the others will help him on his way.
This is an extremely dangerous mission that could endanger their lives and make our protagonists and Nora enemies of the church. On top of that, if they find out Holo is a werewolf, she won't be spared and will be executed immediately. Lawrence will also be prosecuted for traveling with a werewolf.
So everyone is on a mission as even Nora can finally escape the church and live life on her own terms. However, things didn't go well for this group as of late.
The journey started normally and they traveled on the road as safely as possible. Even the gold collection mission was done masterfully, but that was also when the weather became extremely terrible. And with the relentless rain comes a relentless pack of wolves led by something more sinister.
Today's episode was dramatic and surprising until the end. You believe one thing is a problem and then find another, bigger problem the next minute. Lawrence's luck is certainly not in his favor, as we see him get into problems time and time again. We don't know how he will get out of this mess.

I liked today's episode and how it started off light and ended quite heavy. The music is really great throughout the scenes and complements the setting very well. We also have enough mystery to eagerly wait for the next episode.
