The anime The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World will premiere in January 2025 and has revealed its first main trailer, new visuals, and several other cast members. Junichi Suwabe will voice the main character Ken'ichi, while EAST FISH STUDIO is in charge of the animation. Asaka performs the opening song “GIVE & Take” in the trailer below.

Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Person-Online Shopper in Another World (Arafo Otoko no Isekai Tsuhan) Seikatsu) is a light novel by Hifumi Asakura. It ran on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website from 2017 to 2021, while SB Creative acquired it and began publishing it in print. There is also a manga adaptation of Umiharu, serialized in Square Enix's monthly G Fantasy magazine from April 2019 to May 2024. The anime will adapt the manga.

Ken'ichi, a single man in his late 40s, is suddenly transported to another world. As he made his way through the dangerous jungles of that world, he realized he could use a giant online shopping site. Ken'ichi wants to use his cheating ability to live a slow life in another world!
