A trailer and visual have been released for Mashin Souzouden Wataru, the latest installment in the Mashin Eiyuuden Wataru series. It was also announced that the anime will begin airing in January 2025.
The film's staff and cast have also been revealed, with Yumi Karakuma (Santa Company, Working!!!, WWW.WORKING!!) is the production manager of Bandai Namco PicturesIn addition, part of the staff includes:

Meanwhile, the cast includes Mutsumi Tamura as Wataru Hoshibe, Atsumi Tanezaki as Kakeru Amabe, Katsuyuki Konishi as In Ofura, Megu Umezawa as Maro, Rie Kugimiya as Ryunryun and Tomokazu Sugita as Ryuuoumaru.
Mashin Eiyuuden Wataru began in 1988 as a television series produced by Sunrise production. In addition to the anime, which includes multiple television series, OVAs, and web anime in 2020, the mecha franchise also has manga, novels, toys, and games.
In Mashin Souzouden Wataru, the protagonist Wataru, a fourth-year elementary school student, is an ambitious RyuuTuber who created Majin Ryuuoumaru to defeat the final boss Enjoda in the Chuubukai world.
