The character Luke explains in detail the appeal of shojo manga
Manga creator Yu Chiba posted an apology to the English translator of the manga Kindergarten WARS (Yо̄chien Wars) on their X (formerly Twitter) account on October 1, along with an image of the manga’s recent chapter in English, showing a very long dialogue of a character.
Chiba’s Tweet caption reads:”To the translator… I’m sorry for making you work hard sometimes.”
The panel leading up to the apology is from chapter 48 of the series. manga titled “Presentation on Why Shojo Manga is the Greatest” was published by Shueisha’s MANGA Plus website on September 27. In it, the character Luke gave a very detailed dialogue. detailed and very lengthy explanation of the appeal of shojo manga.
This is not the first incident where English manga translators have encountered difficulties because of the source material. On February 19, Kumar Sivasubramanian announced his resignation from translating the manga Cipher Academy (Angō Gakuen no Iroha) by NisiOisin and artist Yūji Iwasaki, describing it as “untranslatable”, with difficult Japanese wordplay.

MANGA Plus added the manga on May 10 and describes the story:

The manga debuted on Shonen Jump+ on September 15. Shueisha published the manga’s fifth compilation volume on September 4, and it will publish the sixth volume on November 2.
