Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian anime (Roshidere) was once again voted the best anime in week 2 of the Summer 2024 rankings, making it the second best anime of the two so far. It continues to be worthy of the title of most anticipated new anime, ranking above Days With My Stepsister and My Deer Friend Nokotan. Doga Kobo is animating it.
With many other shows premiering this week, the voting was even this time. Roshidere took 8.24% of the votes, while Days With My Stepsister had 7.18% and Nokotan had 5.14%. You can see the top 10 image below.

The anime is based on a light novel written by SunSunSun and illustrated by Momoco. The novel was originally published online as two short stories on the self-publishing website Shosetsuka ni Naro in May 2020. It was later acquired by Kadokawa Shoten's Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko imprint in 2021.
Kodansha's Magazine Pocket is serializing a manga adaptation by Saho Tenamachi, launching in October 2022. Yen Press has licensed the novel in English.
Official summary:
Alya-san, who sat next to Masachika Kuze, always acted cold towards him.
