Filipino fans are in for an epic pirate adventure as the Philippines’ biggest ONE PIECE celebration, “Animezing North: ONE PIECE 25th,” will take place on August 20 at The Block Atrium, SM North Edsa, Quezon City. In collaboration with Toei Animation and Funko, SM Fanverse is excited to unveil the legendary 20-foot-tall inflatable of the anime’s iconic character, Straw Hat Luffy.
Described as a pirate festival weekend for fans, Animezing North: ONE PIECE 25th will feature the following highlights:

The 25th anniversary celebration will kick off with a star-studded opening day featuring Filipino cosplayers Awie, Prince, and Een, who are also big fans of the series. Additionally, licensed brands such as Funtastik, Toy Kingdom, Havaianas, Geek PH, National Bookstore, Filbar's, and Funko will be present throughout the event to showcase official merchandise and more.
One of the highlights is the 25th Anniversary Limited Edition Acrylic Art Board (Volume 1) featuring iconic moments from the anime's first season. Check out the summary below:

Last year, Animezing North: ONE PIECE 2024 featured a giant 21-foot-tall inflatable Straw Hat Luffy. This year, the focus will be on the legendary 20-foot-tall Luffy in Gear 5, which has been featured all over the world—from Paris, New York City, Tokyo, and finally Quezon City.

ONE PIECE is a manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. It has been serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since July 1997. Toei Animation began an anime adaptation in 1999, followed by 14 feature films, 13 television specials, and numerous other media projects. The series has become a global phenomenon over the years, with over 510 million manga sold worldwide, 108 volumes published, and one thousand volumes.
In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the anime, ONE PIECE has launched a series of events around the world, such as the Spherical Performance in Las Vegas, a simultaneous balloon celebration of Luffy's birthday in Europe, the Emotions Exhibition, the Music Symphony Tour, and most recently, “ONE PIECE Day 2024″ in Japan.
