The popular anime and manga series Bleach has announced a gorgeous new console game called Bleach: Rebirth of Souls, with the first trailer just revealed at Anime Expo via Bandai Namco Entertainment's panel.
Bandai Namco Entertainment has revealed its exciting new Bleach console game, Bleach: Rebirth of Souls, at Anime Expo 2024 during the Bandai Namco Summer Show. The game will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, with a trailer hinting at a story mode. No release date has been announced, but the staff has been confirmed to include music composer MIYAVI and music by Takeharu Ishimoto. You can watch the trailer below.

Bleach: Rebirth of Souls will be the franchise's first console game since Brave Souls
Rebirth of Souls has been expected following a trademark application by Shueisha, first filed in January 2024. This is the first Bleach game on consoles since Brave Souls, which first released in 2016 and eventually came to PlayStation in 2022. The game recently received a release window for Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One worldwide (excluding mainland China and some regions) in summer 2024. The game will support Japanese, English, French, and Traditional Chinese.
Bleach: Rebirth of Souls is just the latest entry in its exciting gaming offerings. Nuverse's mobile game Bleach: Soul Resonance opened for pre-registration in China last year, reaching over 8.6 million registrations as of July 5, 2024. Its international version currently has nearly 173k registrations, with many fans praising Soul Resonance's stunning graphics and cutscenes. Fans have similarly praised the Chinese-developed game One Piece: Ambition, produced by Tencent Games' Morefun Studios.

Bleach fans expect big news about the thousand year blood war in the coming days
The excitement for Bleach this month doesn't end with Rebirth of Souls. The anime production committee has confirmed that the trailer for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 will be released on July 7. Disney Plus is currently streaming the series, describing it as follows: “When a new enemy appears, Soul Reaper Ichigo Kurosaki jumps back into the battlefield with his Zanpakuto to help those in need.”
