One Piece Episode 1120 is titled 'The World Shakes! The Ruler's Judgment and the Actions of the Five Elders!' Igaram, Pell and Chaka become worried when Cobra does not return from the meeting, and Vivi disappears. Vivi, hiding with Wapol, sneaked past the Navy and hid on the Eigis Kingdom's ship.
Using Wapol's Den Den Mushi, they contact the Morgans, spreading news of Cobra's death and Vivi's disappearance worldwide. Meanwhile, Bonney escapes on the Tajine Kingdom's ship, and Sabo, disguised as a Knight of God, infiltrates the Lulusia Kingdom's ship.
When he arrives, he discovers the kingdom is in revolution, the monarchy has been overthrown and the people hail him as a hero. Despite being framed for killing Cobra, Sabo allowed the revolution to take place in One Piece Episode 1120.
