In the leaked spoilers of chapter 236 of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga, every sad Satoru Gojo fan’s worst fear comes to pass when our favorite rebel teacher loses his life and his lower half in the fight against Mahoraga.
While the fact that the panel depicts his death is incredibly haunting in its own right, the sheer number of memes created by the community should not only be applauded but also shared.
Fans of the iconic manga are praying for some kind of miraculous resurrection, but we’re not sure who can come back from ‘the thing’—not even the almighty Gojo.
The’coping’ is real.
Of course, many fans are sharing Gojo’s death memes in response to finally getting a ‘topless’ Satoru…It’s not the way many might have wanted it.
From the manga leak to this week’s anime episode, it hasn’t been the best day out for poor Gojo.
Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 236 is scheduled to release globally in English on Sunday, September 24.
