Bandai Namco Entertainment America has announced a new character trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash (Jujutsu Kaisen Senka Sōran), a 2v2 fighting game based on Gege Akutami’s Jujutsu Kaisen manga. The trailer highlights characters Aoi Todo, Hanami, and Jogo, while also providing a glimpse at “Cursed Technique Battle 2 v. 2″.
Slated for release on February 2, 2024, the game will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC via Steam. The story mode includes scenarios from “The Curse of the Womb to Death” to “The Origin of Blind Obedience,” as well as content from Jujutsu Kaisen 0.

Players can look forward to the Digital Deluxe Edition, which offers DLC from the “Hidden Inventory/Early Death” section and the Jujusta 2024 Baseball mini-game. The Digital Ultimate Edition adds a digital artbook, background music and costumes from the anime’s first ending theme. Meanwhile, the Physical Collector’s Edition boasts an exclusive 12×22 wall scroll featuring artwork by series creator Akutami, available only at Bandai Namco Entertainment’s online store.
The development of the game is in the capable hands of Byking Inc. Playable characters include Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, Satoru Gojo, Ryomen Sukuna, Maki Zen’in, Toge Inumaki and Panda.

Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash gives fans the opportunity to relive the original story and action of Jujutsu Kaisen, with protagonist Yuji Itadori and a memorable cast fighting the Curse in modern-day Japan. The game faithfully captures the series’ unique aesthetic, featuring over 15 fighters, intense action, and explosive animations.
In Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash, players can form their own 2v2 teams, each with powerful tag team attacks and combos. Different character combinations provide unique synergies and dynamics, with battles allowing players to increase their fighter’s power level and unlock more powerful attacks as they progress.
Gege Akutami launched the manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in March 2018.

The Jujutsu Kaisen anime debuted in October 2020, with 24 episodes. The animated film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 will hit Japanese theaters in December 2021, based on the manga’s prequel. The anime’s second season premiered on July 6 and will run continuously for half a year, with Crunchyroll streaming it when it airs in Japan.
