Mitsuri’s motivation for this battle comes from knowing that Shinobu sacrificed his life for his younger comrades. She immediately intends to cut off Nakime’s head, but is quickly thrown to her death until Obanai saves her. Mitsuri was embarrassed by her arrogance, and Obanai demeaned her by saying that they should proceed calmly.
As soon as they resolved to proceed cautiously, they were separated by the infinity doors that Nakime always threw for them. Since Nakime’s attacks are not as deadly as those of Kizuki’s Twelve opponents, she creates a persistent and patient battle. At the end of the battle, Yushiro, Tamayo’s demon companion and Tanjiro’s friend, joins their fight, which is enough to tilt in favor of the heroes.
6 Shinobu Kocho vs Doma
Insect Hashira Shinobu Kocho faces the second-class demon, Doma, in Infinity Castle. For Shinobu, this was a personal fight; Doma killed her older sister, former Flower Hashira Kanae. Doma taunts her, telling Shinobu that he regrets not being able to eat her sister back then. Shinobu’s emotions cause her to react during this battle, and Doma notices this, revealing that he already knows about her method of poisoning.
This battle was as swift and deadly as Shinobu’s insect breath. Doma left her fighting with a punctured lung, broken ribs and collarbone. At first, it seemed that she had defeated him with a six-stroke “Swiss Hundred-Length Centipede”, which caused Doma to be pinned to the ceiling, but Shinobu reacted too slowly, while he was able to regenerate quickly. fast. In the end, Doma killed her in front of Kanao, her patron, and absorbed her into his body.

His instant excitement is a classic draw for fans because he notes that, if he beats Doma, he can become a Hashira. However, as the fight dragged on, Doma began to feel unwell; Shinobu had poisoned her body with a dose that would surely kill any demon that ate her.
This battle is interesting because of Kanao’s speed, and she even surprised Doma with his ability to react to his attacks. Inosuke’s fighting technique remains similar to his past battles, as he surprises with a shrug. In the end, the two fought well, but it was Shinobu who deserved the credit for killing people with her poison.
4 Demon Slayers vs Muzan Kibutsuji
The battle in this Infinity Castle begins and ends with the strongest Demon Slayers and Hashira fighting together to take down Muzan. The others attempt to deal the blow, too, before the group is separated and sent into the Infinity Castle.
Muzan’s unparalleled regenerative abilities make this fight the most frustrating for the demon slayers and Hashira since they can keep crushing and tearing him apart—but for how long? After all the interpersonal battles in the castle, Muzan is dissolving Tamayo’s demon-killer and preparing for another epic battle.

Kaigaku studied under the previous Thunder Hashira’s command with Zenitsu before surrendering to Kokushibo, eventually becoming the new High Green demon. Kaigaku doesn’t like to be looked down upon, but Zenitsu refuses to back down and mocks Kaigaku, saying he’s just a lowly substitute for Muzan’s former Superiors.
This is another battle between two characters with a shared past; Zenitsu holds a grudge against Kaigaku, blaming him for their master’s death. They confronted each other with Breath of Thunder, but Zenitsu’s swordplay and speed had increased since their last encounter. Kaigaku’s mockery led to his downfall when Zenitsu created his own work: Breath of Thunder, Seventh Form: Honoikazuchi no Kami. Both fell into the Infinity Castle resulting in their deaths, but Zenitsu was rescued.
1 Tanjiro Kamado & Giyu Tomioka vs Akaza
Tanjiro Kamado is the typical protagonist of Shonen, going through many tragedies that guide him throughout the story of the Demon Slayer and develop him into one of the most powerful characters in the series. Tomioka, the Pillar of Water, who initially wanted nothing to do with Tanjiro’s training, fought alongside him against Akaza, the same Level 3 demon who killed the beloved Pillar of Fire, Rengoku.
Tanjiro’s battle is personal, and that’s evident when he uses Hinokami Kagura, the Dance of the Fire God, quickly followed by a False Rainbow, impressing both Tomioka and Akaza. Tomioka started the battle quite casually while fighting Superior Kizuki, but he is also using powerful moves such as his personal Eleventh Form: Dead Calm, earning respectful reviews. fear from Akaza. Tanjiro and Tomioka countered Akaza’s attacks from all angles, making this an intense battle with good back-and-forth balance. Tanjiro provokes Akaza by mentioning that the strong should help the weak, causing Akaza to remember his former master.
Tomioka’s senses appear during this battle, awakening his Demon Slayer mark. This battle also unlocks Tanjiro’s “Transparent World”, the ability to attack without killing intent, by sending Akaza into a dimension where Tomioka and Tanjiro can decapitate him and decompose him. his head while his body continued to fight. The two heroes are injured, but as Akaza tries to recover, he realizes that this battle reminded him why he wanted to be strong in the first place. He admits defeat, uses his own technique to die peacefully and is reunited with the people he loved in his previous life.
