Aniplex’s YouTube channel announced in a special on October 14, 2023 that the anime’s compilation film Bochi The Rock! (omnibus version) will be released in two parts. This special was streamed to commemorate the first anniversary of the anime’s release.
As previously revealed, the first part of the film will release in spring 2024, while the second compilation film will be released in summer 2024.
A new trailer for the ensemble film Bocchi The Rock! was also revealed along with the main image.

Yoshino Aoyama, who voices Hitori Goto in the anime, revealed that she was informed about the ensemble film in the middle of a meeting. She expressed her excitement at having the opportunity to experience anime Bocchi the Rock! on the big screen.
“I love cinema as a space. Because I can focus on what’s happening in front of me and enjoy it to the fullest.
I’m really happy that you can feel the best animation and music of’Bocchi the Rock!’in your body in such a wonderful place like the cinema. I hope this will be a great screening where people who love it will gather. BTR! BTR! BTR!”
Season 1 of the anime adaptation produced by CloverWorks aired from October to December 2022.
Bocchi the Rock! is a Japanese four-panel manga series written and illustrated by Aki Hamaji. It has been serialized in Houbunsha’s seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara Max since December 2017. Its chapters have been collected into five tankōbon volumes as of November 2022.
