The Aniplex 2023 online festival is almost here with many exciting announcements and news. Sally Amaki and Yoshida Hisanori hosted the event, which featured musical performances by Philosophy no Dance, okazitaiiku, KANA-BOON, Yuho Kitazawa, Shoko Nakagawa and DJ Kazu. The Rurouni Kenshin reboot is continuing with the second pitch. Information about the theme song is now available and includes:

A rather elusive Elusive Samurai anime adaptation has since been announced, but this time we get to meet the main character and learn information about the additional cast.

MASHLE season two will include the Divine Visionary Candidate Exam section. Ryoh Grantz, Orter Madl and Margarette Macaron will join the character lineup.
Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid has revealed its new key visual ahead of its December 1 premiere in Japan. CloverWorks is producing the animation for the series’ latest installment.

The highly anticipated third season of Blue Exorcist will premiere in the Winter 2024 anime season. Shimane Illuminati Saga is the title of the sequel, which has revealed key visuals and trailers.

The most anticipated title of the 2023 Aniplex Online Festival is undoubtedly the fourth film in the Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Walpurgisnacht – Rising series. The wait paid off as we received not only the trailer but also key visuals and a winter 2024 opening date in Japan.
