A new promotional video for the anime adaptation of the webtoon created by Chugong, Solo Leveling, was revealed during Aniplex Online Fest 2023. The video confirms the film’s scheduled January 2024 premiere in Japan. . This release time is longer than what fans previously expected. New images of the project have also been revealed.
Chugong published the original Solo Leveling novels through KakaoPage from July 2016 to March 2018, with a total of 14 volumes. The webtoon adaptation was published in March 2018 through Jang Sung-rak’s KakaoPage and ended in December 2021.
