Trap
Warner Bros. has welcomed the return of M. Night Shyamalan with the psychological thriller “Trap”. “Trap” is the next film by director M. Night Shyamalan, who is behind the success of many works with many unexpected details such as The sixth sense, Split, The visit. The film is scheduled to premiere on August 2, 2024.
The movie “Trap” revolves around the story of Cooper, a serial killer, nicknamed “The Butcher”, and his daughter attending a concert by pop star Lady Raven, an event that he realizes is a trap set up by the police to capture him.
This return of M. Night Shyamalan has made the audience very excited. From the trailer of the film, it can be seen that the setting of “Trap” this time is quite unique when taking the scene of a concert, one of the recent trends among young people.
Harold and the Purple Crayon

He was nominated for an Oscar twice for “Gone Nutty” (2003) and “Ferdinand” (2018). The film features veteran actors such as Zachary Levi, Lil Rel Howery, Zooey Deschanel, etc.

It Ends With Us
Based on the best-selling novel by Coleen Hoover, “It Ends With Us” revolves around the doomed love affair between Lily Bloom (played by Blake Lively) and two boys, Ryle Kincaid and Atlas Corrigan (played by Justin Baldoni and Brandon Sklenar).
Lily meets Ryle, a surgical resident in Boston, after graduating from college and the two decide to get married. However, the feelings between Lily and Ryle begin to conflict when she realizes that the two are following in the footsteps of her parents' toxic relationship. At the same time, Atlas, Lily's first love, appears and turns everything upside down. Faced with many choices, how will Lily decide to protect her future happiness?
The film stars Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni, Brandon Sklenar, Amy Morton and Jenny Slate. “It Ends With Us” is scheduled to be released on August 9, 2024.
Borderlands
Lionsgate has released the first trailer for the Borderlands movie adaptation. “Borderlands” is an action film adaptation of the popular video game series of the same name. The film will adapt specific elements of the original game to fit a revised story on the big screen.
The story revolves around Lilith, a red-haired outlaw who returns to Pandora to find the missing child of the boss Atlas. Along the way, Lilith gathers a group of people to fight alien monsters and dangerous bandits.
This diverse cast will also include Haley Bennett, Gina Gershon, Cheyenne Jackson, Steven Boyer, Charles Babalola, Olivier Richters, Janina Gavankar, Benjamin Byron Davis, Ryann Redmond and Bobby Lee.

Alien: Romulus
The next film “Alien: Romulus” in the “Alien” series will be “helmed” by director Fede Álvarez and producer Ridley Scott. This is the 9th film in the space monster series, since the first part was released in 1979 and shocked the film industry.
The teaser for “Alien: Romulus” opens with a scene of long, cold, and dark spaceship corridors. This seems to be a familiar feature of “Alien”, as the series always uses narrow spaces to create a feeling of coldness and fear.
The film revolves around a group of young explorers trapped in an old spaceship and must confront the most terrifying monster in the galaxy. Alien: Romulus welcomes the participation of Cailee Spaeny, Isabela Merced, Archie Renaux, David Jonsson, Spike Fearn and Aileen Wu.
