The 64th chapter of Kōcha Agasawa's You and I Are Polar Opposites (Seihantaina Kimi to Boku) manga announced on Shueisha's Shonen Jump Plus platform on Monday that the manga will end with the next chapter on November 25.
MANGA Plus publishes the series in English and describes the story:

Agasawa launched the manga on Shonen Jump Plus on May 2, 2022. The manga originally debuted as a one-shot on the site in January 2021.
Shueisha published the seventh compilation volume on August 2.
MANGA Plus licensed the series for an English release in June 2022. Viz Media also published the series in English and released the third compilation volume on November 5. The fourth compilation volume will published on February 4.
Agasawa previously launched the Kōri no Jōheki manga on Shueisha's Manga Mee app.
