The film announced that the live-action version will end on Wednesday
A teaser trailer announced on Wednesday that the television anime Ya Boy Kongming! by Yuto Yotsuba and Ryō Ogawa! (Paripi Kōmei) manga is producing a compilation film. Paripi Kōmei Road to Summer Sonia will open across Japan on March 1.

Kodansha USA Publishing began publishing the manga digitally in English on June 1, 2021. The company describes the manga:
General of the Three Kingdoms, Kongming struggled all his life, facing countless battles that made him the talented strategist he is today. So, on his deathbed, he only wished to be reincarnated into a peaceful world… and taken straight to the modern-day party center, Tokyo! Can a brilliant strategist like Kongming adapt to the wild rhythms and even wilder partygoers?!
The manga launched on Kodansha’s Japanese-language Comic Days website in December 2019 and also began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine in 2019. November 2021.
The manga inspired a television anime in April 2022. HIDIVE exclusively and concurrently broadcasts the series, and also broadcasts an English dub. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime and released it on home video on April 18.
The live-action adaptation debuted on September 27 and just wrapped on Wednesday.
