I wonder why this episode feels like a retread?
Stop me if you’ve heard this before. Nice Nature was leisurely walking when she heard Kita crying at the well to relieve stress. She calls her but recalls that Kita has won G-1 3 times while she herself has yet to win any. As she tried to leave, our heroine called out her beloved master’s name. Kita claims she didn’t lose confidence like last time because this time she was sad because of how much stronger Diamond was than her. Master Nature said they were evenly matched and this time Diamond was only stronger. Kita will certainly win the next match, but she is determined to never be able to match Diamond.
We get a brief scene of Cheval Grand until he feels inferior to his stronger sisters. Big sister Verxina tried to tell her not to lower herself but Grand said “You don’t understand how I feel. I’m not like you or Vivlos.” When he was sulking at Verxina like “Yup. We sulk too, kid. Your time will come.”
My dear sister has summed it up beautifully again.
I thought you solved this problem, come on Kita. pic.twitter.com/fumQL687vU

That’s right. Kita loses her confidence again and has to remember what she’s fighting for to get it back…something she realized before. If she suffers another difficult loss, I hope we won’t have a third episode treading on familiar ground. This episode was pretty good, but without Kita’s best couple training, it wouldn’t have been as enjoyable to watch.
