Publisher Kodansha USA licensed the manga and describes the story:
Uryu Kamihate has had a difficult start in life, but intends to forget it all by achieving his dream—getting accepted into medical school. But when he arrived at his new foster home, a working temple, his dreams of a quiet place to study were dashed. Not only does he live with the three beautiful, bubbly Amagami sisters, but he also learns that he must marry one of them and take over the temple!
Naito launched the manga Weekly Shōnen Magazine in April 2021. Kodansha published the manga’s ninth compiled volume on March 16.
