Author Akira Amano’s popular 2000s action-comedy manga, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, is known for being one of the first series to feature multiple shounen tropes before the “Big Three” took the genre by storm.
Now, nearly 13 years after the end of the anime adaptation, known in North America as Reborn!, Shonen Jump’s official YouTube channel has shared a special episode starring the Vongola Family. 10, introducing beloved members of this iconic family.
In the world of Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, the 10th Vongola Family includes Vongola Decimo (Yukari Kokubun), Storm Guardian (Hidekazu Ichinose), Rain Guardian (Daisuke Namikawa), Sun Guardian (Hidenobu Kiuchi) ), Thunder Guardian (Junko Takeuchi). ) ), Cloud Guardian (Takashi Kondo). Amano’s manga was originally published in Shonen Jump from May 2004 to November 2012 and ran for 42 volumes. The anime series immediately after its debut, lasting 9 seasons and 203 episodes, aired from 2006 to 2010 on Tokyo TV. Since the anime ended a few years earlier than the manga, it ended with the “Future” arc, while the “Ceremony” arc and “The Curse of the Rainbow” arc were never adapted.
The series is currently available on Crunchyroll’s shounen anime streaming platform. Crunchyroll’s synopsis for the series reads: “Tsuna, a shy high school student, is a failure at school, sports, and social life.
