A new character PV trailer has been released for the upcoming Magic Maker: Isekai Mahou no Tsukurikata television anime series, highlighting the main characters' childhood friend, Rose. The anime will premiere in Japan in January 2025.

The anime is based on the fantasy light novel series, written by Kazuki Kaburagi and illustrated by Kururi. It was first published under Kadokawa's MF Books label on May 25, 2020, and has released two volumes as of December 2020. The light novel began as a web novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website published First released on June 9, 2017. It was later released on Kakuyomu in 2018.
The manga adaptation by Tomozo Nishioka was serialized in Mag Garden's Manga Doa magazine from June 19, 2021 to February 4, 2023. A total of three tankobon volumes were released.

Magic Maker: Isekai Mahou no Tsukurikata is about two children from a low-ranking noble family named Marie, the older sister who enjoys outdoor activities, and Shion, a shy bookworm who still remembers her love of magic from his previous life. One day, Shion asked her father about the existence of magic but was told that it did not exist. After encountering a strange phenomenon, he and his sister embark on an adventure to find evidence of magic in their world.
