The episode begins right where Part 2 of Tokyo Revengers ended with Takemichi and his friends surrounded by the Tenjiku Gang and Tetta Kisaki appearing in front of Takemichi. Takemichi is wondering why Tenjiku has never been a part of the past before. Kisaki declares that the Kanto Incident has begun. Kisaki tells Takemichi that he used to be the Third Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang, but now he is the Chief of Staff of Tenjiku in Yokohama. Takemichi was shocked after hearing this news.
Kisaki declares that he will build his own Toman and that one day Mikey will have no choice but to accept him. Kisaki then got on the bike with Hanma and left with him. The entire Tenjiku group attacks Takemichi and his friends and is ready to beat them but then two members of the Tokyo Manji Gang appear and start crashing their bicycles into the Tenjiku members.
