The new PV teaser trailer for The Demon Prince of Momochi House was released during Aniplex Online Fest 2023. The anime is expected to premiere sometime in 2024. Both trailers have been released in Japanese and have subtitles English.
Additional voice actors for the anime were also revealed, including Shinnosuke Tachibana as Yukari and Yuuki Ono as Ise. Tsumi Kawaida and Takeo Ootsuka voice the main characters Himari Momochi and Aoi Nanamori/Nue, respectively.

BoB Shirahata (The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh) is directing The Demon Prince of Momochi House, with Mariko Oka (Granblue Fantasy: Animation Director of The Animation Season 2 for episode 3) as designer characters, Yasuko Aoki (Phantom of the Idol) and Ayana Tsujita as series writers, and Tomoyuki Kono (co-creator of Romantic Killer) as composer. Drive is responsible for animation production for the anime.
Crunchyroll will stream the anime worldwide, except Japan.
The original manga by Aya Shouoto was serialized in Kadokawa Shoten’s Asuka magazine from July 24, 2013 to August 24, 2019 with a total of 16 volumes. A manga sequel was recently launched in the same magazine on July 24, 2023.

VIZ Media released the manga in English and described the content briefly:
On her sixteenth birthday, orphan Himari Momochi inherits an ancestral fortune she has never seen. The Momochi family exists on the barrier between the human world and the spiritual world, and Himari is tasked with acting as a protector between the two worlds. But on the day she moves in, she discovers three handsome guys are living in the house and one seems to have taken over her role!
