Generally speaking, there are two types of plots in Re:Zero: action-focused episodes and character-focused episodes. This episode is very similar to the previous episode. However, calling it action-focused doesn't mean the episode has many exciting fight scenes. Rather, this episode only has two quick moments of fighting. The “action” we see in this episode is catching up with both the characters involved in planning and executing the failed attack on the government building and those who have been absent since the crisis began .
Priscilla later ran around with Liliana, ostensibly looking for the rest of her group but actually using Liliana's song to counter Sirius's power. The implication here is that, despite her aloof and generally uncooperative attitude, Priscilla clearly feels, if not sympathetic, then at least responsible, towards those she is likely to control. treat. She also seems to like people like her, like Subaru, who are determined to follow their own path no matter how dire their circumstances are.
As for the former, Sirus' attack on our heroes' old headquarters largely failed, and everyone left behind—even the wounded—escaped. Those participating in the raid on the government building are forced to face the possibility of losing Crusch to the new demands of the Witch Cult. Essentially, this allows Subaru to skip some of the explanation about the “artificial souls” and the Book of Wisdom, giving Anastasia the information she needs to make her next plan.
However, the real purpose of this scene is for Subaru to give a speech—supporting Emilia's ideals in her absence in contrast to Anastasia's pragmatism. Objectively speaking, it sounds naive. But coming from Subaru, who could try again and again if necessary, those words conveyed a conviction that neither Anastasia nor Julius could deny.
The final focus of the episode is on Emilia herself, who remains largely vulnerable. play tag when faced with her situation. What's most impressive about these scenes is the way she handles herself. She plays along with Regulus without betraying her true self. She neither lied outright nor directly objected to him. Instead, she focused on gathering information and trying to find a way to relay it to Subaru.
All in all, it was an episode that went by quickly, making its 22 minutes feel like 5 minutes. it even ends with a credits roll that makes you wonder whose side Al — and therefore Priscilla — is on.

Random thoughts:
© I like the image showing the two curses fighting each other in Subaru's body and essentially ending up in a stalemate (which is why he's okay and Crusch isn't).
I was really shocked to see Emilia stand up and do a stiff 184. I mean, I know she's not dead (Emilia herself is proof of that) but what a crazy thing happened off screen.
It's interesting that Priscilla's first instinct is to slice open Subaru's leg wound. It seemed sinister at first, but it made me wonder if she was doing first aid herself—hoping to drain the pus while seeing if his leg was gangrenous and needed amputation.
Considering Regulus' personality, I'm shocked that he's never killed any other Archbishops (or perhaps he has and we don't know it yet). On the other hand, his gospel might just have the words “don't kill your fellow archbishops” on every page.
