Crunchyroll describes the anime’s first season as follows:

This happened shortly after news broke that she could finally work as a librarian like she had always dreamed of. When she regained consciousness, she was reincarnated as Main, the daughter of a poor soldier. She lives in the town of Ehrenfest, which has a harsh class system. But as long as she has books, she really doesn’t need anything else. However, books were very scarce and belonged only to the nobility. But that didn’t stop her, so she made a decision… “If there aren’t any books, I’ll create some.”
Meanwhile, J-Novel Club’s summary of the first Adopted Daughter of the Archduke episode is:
After a disastrous encounter with a noble, Myne finally decides to say goodbye to her family and friends in the lower city, change her name to “Rozemyne” and begin a new life as a child. adopted daughter of Grand Duke Ehrenfest. However, her days as a great noble in aristocratic society were brutal, as she had to undergo rigorous magical and ritual training in addition to her duties as as Supreme Bishop and governor. It all proved to be too much for a weak seven-year-old girl… Or it would have been, if the High Priest hadn’t given her the key to the temple’s study room as a reward. If she had those, she would be able to read all kinds of precious books! Her name may have changed, but Rozemyne’s passion for books remains the same as she enters a whole new world! Detailed settings expand as the printing industry grows in scale. Here begins Part 3 of fantasy for book lovers everywhere!”–
