Official Twitter account of Spy x Family announced on September 14, 2023 that the second season of the anime will begin airing on October 7, 2023, at 11:00 p.m. JST.
Two new key images illustrated by character designer Kazuaki Shimada were also revealed to commemorate the announcement.
Kazuhiro Furuhashi will return to direct the second season, with other staff and cast from the previous season reprising their roles.
An original anime film of the series, titled SPY x FAMILY CODE: Whitewill release on December 22, 2023.
Spy x Family season 1 season 1 is produced by Wit Studio and CloverWorks, premieres on TV Tokyo and its affiliated stations in April 2022, and is licensed by Muse Media in Asia and Crunchyroll worldwide.
Cour 2 of the anime begins airing on October 1, 2022.
Spy × Family is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuya Endo. The series has been published biweekly on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ website and app since March 2019, with chapters collected into 11 tankobon volumes as of April 2023. The story is licensed in North USA by Viz Media.
