The global release of Chainsaw Man Vol. 6 saw a revision to the cover art, removing the use of nudity.
According to Comic Book, the Indonesian edition of Vol. 6 will have an alternate cover that edits the illustration and includes Bomb Devil Reze in the skin. The original image shows the character completely nude with clever placement, hiding parts of her sensitive body. This modified version, pictured below, shows the character wearing a shirt and skirt combo, which she wears in the manga.
