Crunchyroll streamed the film in 2020, and it describes the story:
Historically, 72% of deaths in London have been linked to dragons, magical creatures invisible to most people. Although most people did not know it, some people rose up against these dragons.
Only residents of Reverse London who live on the hidden “reverse” side of London can see the dragons. Even then, only a select few qualify as witches or wizards to come into direct contact with them.
The main characters of the story are the witch duo Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. They are protection representatives for Wing Bind (WB), an organization that manages and preserves dragons. Their mission is to protect and manage the dragons in London on behalf of the people.
The serialized version of the manga originally had a total of four chapters and debuted on August 24, 2020. Viz Media is publishing the manga in English and also published the original 2018 one-shot manga prologue in English. The manga is also getting a sequel to “Part 2″.
