After several temporary cafes throughout the years,”Hunters Bar”(MonHun Sakaba) by CAPCOM and Pasela finally opened a permanent cafe in Osaka called”Hunters Bar WEST”. The cafe opened on March 1 in Osaka's Namba district. In fact, it's located in the same building as the Final Fantasy XIV Eorzea Café!

So what does the new coffee shop have? Lots of fun drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and a unique rewards system, along with some nostalgic treats.
Everyone who comes to the cafe receives a free random coaster upon taking their seat. Most themed cafes in Japan give you a coaster for every drink or dish you order, but this one is a little different.
For every 1,000 yen (about $6.60 USD) you spend on food and drinks, you'll earn one point. And there's a small menu next to the register where you can peruse the type of rewards you can use your points for, from acrylic kiosks to trading cards for one point to a stainless steel cup with price nine points.
There's also an area at the entrance where customers can choose a card from many of the recent games in the series and fill out the card with the Hunter name, game platform, and weapon of their choice.

Inside there are screens showing trailers as well as various Monster Hunter merchandise and posters.

But don't forget the food and drinks! There are some special menu items that are only available at the Osaka cafe (there is also a permanent cafe in Tokyo) as well as staple dishes. Some of these include:

The cafe is also located in one of Osaka's most popular tourist spots: Dotonbori. Reservations are not necessary but are recommended based on experience. The websites of both the Tokyo and Osaka cafes are available in English, as are the menus at the cafes.
