My Hero Academia Chapter 408 will have a title similar to “Eyes Full of Determination” and this chapter will start with a flashback of All For One killing his brother two months after he escaped with Kudo, yes he seems to have declined Yoich also reveals why he named him that.

All For One realizes that something bad has happened and that his powers may have been passed on to someone else. Meanwhile, we see Kudou being examined by One For All’s third user, who is revealed to be named Bruce.

Edgeshot and All Might realize that All For One uses this as a gambit to reach Tomura and take over his body and this is his last resort. Meanwhile Bakugo looks at the monster that All For One has become and says that there is no way that All For One will win.
