Keiga Ōsawa's Rokunin no Usotsuki no Daigakusei: Plus One manga launches in 2022

The December issue of Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine published the final chapter of Keiga Ōsawa's Rokunin no Usotsuki no Daigakusei: Plus One (Six Lying College Students: Plus One) manga on November 1. from the novel Rokunin no Usotsuki na Daigakusei by Akinari Asakura.
The manga has a similar premise to the novel, but has “original developments”. Iqura Sugimoto is credited as the character designer.
The novel revolves around six college students who apply to a prestigious IT company that is recruiting potential customers right after graduation. The company asked six students to meet and discuss their possible jobs. While they thought they were going into the company together, midway through the process the students were told they had to decide for themselves which of them would get the job, which turned them all into opponents. each other's defense. To add to their paranoia, each person received an envelope stating that one of the group was the murderer.
Ōsawa launched the manga adaptation in Young Ace in June 2022. Kadokawa published the manga's first compiled book volume in 2022. December 2022, third and final volume on November 9.
The novel debuted in March 2021. The novel is inspiring a live-action film adaptation, which will premiere in Japan on November 22.
Asakura is the author of Show-ha Shoten! manga that Death Note and Platinum End artist Takeshi Obata drew. The pair launched the manga in Shueisha's Jump SQ. magazine in October 2021, and Shueisha will publish the manga's ninth compiled book volume on December 4. The manga is available in English through both Viz Media and Shueisha's MANGA Plus service.
