A Makeine: Too Many Lost Heroines! collaboration cafe is scheduled to run from September 27 JST to October 14 JST at Cure Maid Cafe, located on the 4th floor of the Onoden building in Tokyo.
The Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines! The main dishes of the collaboration cafe are the Yakishio Lemon no Kongari Chicken to Lemon no Plate and the Komari Chika no Hanabi Pasta, priced at 1,380 yen (~US$9.60) each including tax. The gluttonous Anna Yanami is represented by the Yanami Anna no Jelly Parfait dessert, priced at 1,100 yen (~US$7.60) including tax. The remaining dessert is the Makeine Seishun Plate (also priced at 1,100 yen), which represents the three lost heroines with green salt cream, a lemon shortcake, and a strawberry roll cake.
All three, as well as the main character Kazuhiko Nukumizu and various supporting characters, also have themed drinks for a tax-inclusive meal ticket price of 770 yen (~US$5.37). Nukumizu's peach juice drink is designed to look like tap water and lacks the elaborate toppings of Chika's blackcurrant ice cream and Chihaya Asagumo's chocolate snacks.
A special drink (combination of melon sofa and vanilla ice cream with other toppings) is available to order if one of two conditions is met. The first condition is losing to the cafe staff in a game of rock-paper-scissors (allowing unlimited tries), while the second condition is posting your impressions of the cafe on social media (X, Instagram or Facebook) with the hashtags #マケイン (#Makeine) and #キュアメイドカフェ (#Cure Maid Cafe).
A random exclusive collaboration card—there are seven designs in total, some with a maid uniform theme and others with the poster's running outfit theme—will be issued upon order from the collaboration menu. Ordering seven collaboration items in a single receipt (drink tickets count for this) will allow customers to receive the entire set. The card will be issued upon purchase of a drink ticket and is subject to availability.

A variety of Makeine: Too Many Missing Heroines! merchandise, including tote bags, acrylic stands, mugs, and tapestries, will be available for purchase during the collaboration at the cafe. Like the cards, the character illustrations for these merchandise will have a maid or jogging outfit theme.
