A new character PV trailer has been released for the upcoming Magic Maker: Isekai Mahou no Tsukurikata television anime, featuring the main character's older sister, Marie. The anime will premiere in Japan in 2025.

Kazuomi Koga (Rent-A-Girlfriend Seasons 1 and 2, The Ex-Hero Lives as He Pleases) will direct the anime with Keiichiro Ochi (The Many Sides of Voice Actor Radio) as series writer, Takayuchi Noguchi (The Angel Next Door) as character designer, Kei Yoshikawa (Love of Kill) and Kana Hashiguchi (Classroom of the Elite Seasons 2 and 3 co-composers) as composers. Studio Deen is in charge of animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime's main voice cast features Megumi Han as Shion and Ai Kakuma as Marie.
The anime adaptation is based on the fantasy light novel series, written by Kazuki Kaburagi and illustrated by Kururi. It was first published under Kadokawa's MF Books label on May 25, 2020, and has released two volumes as of December 2020. The light novel began as a web novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website, first published on June 9, 2017. It was later released on Kakuyomu in 2018.
A manga adaptation by Tomozo Nishioka was serialized in Mag Garden's Manga Doa magazine from June 19, 2021 to February 4, 2023. A total of three tankobon volumes have been released.

Magic Maker: Isekai Mahou no Tsukurikata tells the story of two children from a small noble family: Marie, the outdoorsy older sister, and Shion, a shy bookworm who still remembers her love of magic from her previous life. One day, Shion asks his father about the existence of magic in this new world, but is confused when it doesn't exist. After encountering a strange phenomenon, he and his sister embark on an adventure to find evidence of magic in their world.
