The X account (formerly Twitter) of One Piece manga creator Eiichiro Oda and his staff posted a video on November 27, 2023. The clip, titled Road to 3 Billion – Movie, introduces the events The big event resulted in Luffy’s bounty going from zero to one of the largest in the series at 3 billion. “Luffy reaches Yonko level!” the caption reads. “’ROAD TO 3 BILLION FILM Berries!’ Enjoy Luffy’s journey so far along with his bounty!
