This year's 24th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine announced a partial lineup Monday for the publisher's upcoming vertical scrolling manga service “Jump TOON.” The service will introduce new chapters of the manga every week, and the 24th issue revealed the list of manga that will release on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The new service will feature a vertical scrolling version of Haikyu!! manga, there will be new chapters every Monday.
Ghost Mikawa (light novel author of Days With My Stepsister, Looking Is All You Need, My Friend's Sister Helped Me!) will also launch the Rental Doryoku (Rental Effort) manga. Mikawa is collaborating with TOON CRACKER and Kazuma Miki's company Straight Edge to produce the work. Doryoku rental will update on Tuesday. Jump TOON posted a preview of the manga on Friday.

Shiki Chitose (Chamberlain of the Azfareo) and Izumi Sawano (light novel author of I Want to Escape from Princess Lessons) are also releasing a new manga titled Akuyaku no Mob Tsuma Shinu Yotei (The Wife of a Mob of the Villain Plans ) die). Manga will update on Monday.

Several Japanese companies have launched vertically scrolling comic book services in recent years.
BookWalker Global launched vertical-scrolling webcomic brand TATESC Comics in English in 2022. Kadokawa launched vertical-scrolling webcomic brand TATESC Comics in English in 2022. service in Japanese in August 2021.
Echoes, Bandai and Bandai Namco Filmworks formed a new business venture for a vertical scrolling manga studio and service titled Bandana Comic in February 2023.
Rakuten announced in June 2023 a partnership with Shonengahosha, Straight Edge Inc. and Nitroplus to launch their R-Toon vertical scrolling manga service.
Wit Studio announced in June that in 2023 it had established a planning and production team for the colorful vertical-scrolling comic book series HykeComic.
