How did Kenjaku trick everyone after sealing Gojo in Jujutsu Kaisen?
After the sealing was complete, Gojo refused to leave his spot. So the villains came to an agreement to keep Kenjaku there so the witches couldn’t free Gojo. Mechamaru informed Yuji about it and they both believed that this was only possible thanks to Gojo’s abilities. However, there is more to it than that.
Kenjaku has access to various abilities, including the “Anti-Gravity System,” which eliminates gravity. Kenjaku primarily uses this cursed reversal technique to increase the gravity around him. Kaori Itadori was the first to use this method. It originally belonged to Kaori Itadori.
Kenjaku can switch bodies using his innate technique, but the abilities of anyone he possesses will stay with him. Therefore, even after taking over Geto’s body, Kenjaku can still use his previous host’s abilities. However, during the Shibuya incident, no one knew about this.
Only Mahito, who can read souls, has the ability to detect any lies. But he only followed along to see what Kenjaku was planning. Kenjaku went through all the trouble of fooling everyone just to stay out of the mess he created.
He also uses this as an opportunity to absorb Mahito later on. Despite his immense strength, he prefers to stay away from the front lines. Instead, Kenjaku strategizes and plans things from the sidelines.
