It seems the children are eager to join Kaoru in her crusade against the Aligot Empire and the Rueda Sanctuary.
Now while Kaoru doesn’t want her children to be killed by soldiers, the Eyes of the Goddess will assist her in stopping the imperial army which has 20,000 soldiers plus some shady clerics.
So the first mission is to help the villagers evacuate because the Balmore Kingdom is trying its best to protect innocent people.
Of course they’re not going to let the village be abandoned because Kaoru Nagase plans to cut off the enemy’s supplies by poisoning the well, and taking all the grain and livestock.
Meanwhile, here’s Francette, where she’s heading towards Kaoru at breakneck speed. Wait, Kaoru’s potion turned Francette into a superhero, right?
Even Kaoru was surprised by the knight’s abilities. Anyway, Francette told her that the enemy was approaching a nearby village, where she and her knights helped the villagers evacuate earlier.
This prompted Kaoru to come up with a plan to ambush the enemy by throwing explosives when he reached the mountains. I have to say that Kaoru is really cunning as she invented high explosive grenades.
But thanks to Kaoru’s explosives, it seems Aligot’s supply lines have become thinner as they are forced to flee or find a nearby village in hopes of getting some food and water.
Of course, Kaoru Nagase and her allies will ensure that the enemy gets nothing and continue their conquest.
Well, save for one when an evil villager decides to betray them and sell one of the remaining wells to the enemy.
Anyway, the time has come for Kaoru and her children to prevent the Aligot Empire from obtaining a clean water supply, although it would be dangerous for them to fight the enemy on their own.
And indeed, these soldiers from Aligot wouldn’t hesitate to kill a bunch of children in addition to capturing Kaoru. Honestly, I think Kaoru should have Francette as her guardian.
Now, it seems that one of the children named Belle decided to plunge into the well while holding a bottle of poison.
Now, the soldiers would have beheaded Belle, but they were so surprised by the girl’s bold action that they headed straight towards Emil and Kaoru.
But speaking of Kaoru Nagase, she poisoned those soldiers by putting the medicine straight into their intestines.
Now, they might get a stomach ache from drinking poison but there’s some glass shrapnel in their digestive system? That’s overkill!
Sadly, it looks like Belle won’t make it out alive as Emil is deeply saddened by his sister’s death.
While I commend Belle for her bravery, Kaoru should have forced those soldiers to drink poison instead of sacrificing a child.
But, it seems that Belle is actually alive and it’s all thanks to Kaoru as she placed Belle in her item box until the chaos was over.
You know something, forget about her potion making ability because having a large, hyperspace-like item box is Kaoru Nagase’s most powerful ability. But yes, Belle was reunited with Emil.
Not only that, Francette and Prince Roland subdued the remaining enemies and captured most of their equipment, including horses, injuring one of them.
But don’t worry because Kaoru can heal their wounds with her medicine. Thanks to Kaoru’s kindness, most of the horses are now under the protection of Celestine’s important friend.
Oh and by the way, a certain white horse managed to talk to Kaoru when the horse introduced himself as Ed.
Hmm, did Kaoru gain this ability? talk to animals, or is Ed a special horse that can speak human language? Anyway, glad she gained another ally.
Now let’s move to the battlefield where the Aligot-Rueda Alliance is facing its biggest crisis facing thousands of soldiers from the Balmore Kingdom.
With their army losing men to Kaoru and her allies, it’s pretty certain that they have no choice but to surrender.
However, there were a few soldiers from Aligot who were too stubborn to give up as they decided to ignore Prince Roland’s knights…
…and head straight to Kaoru Nagase because protecting Celestine’s angel is important. That’s a good plan, but don’t forget that Francette can take out those soldiers.
Unfortunately, Francette’s sword breaks and while she is able to get another one from her enemies, worse is about to happen to this guardian knight.
It seemed that one of the Aligot soldiers had managed to stab Francette in the heart. Damn, I don’t want this episode to end like this!
It now seems certain that the Aligot-Rueda Alliance will face Kaoru’s divine wrath as she takes revenge for Francette’s death. Of course, it’s not like Francette will die forever because Kaoru will do something to revive her.
