During the “Fantasia Bunko Daikanshasai Online 2023” livestream event, Kadokawa revealed exciting news about the development of a new anime adaptation of Miku and illustrator Rein Kuwashima’s light novel series, “ I Got Cheat Skill in Another World” (Isekai de Cheat Skill o Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai o mo Musōsuru).
However, the event still keeps the format of this upcoming work under wraps.

The first anime season premiered on April 6 and consists of 13 episodes. Crunchyroll offers simultaneous streams of the series during its broadcast, while also providing an English dub option.
Yen Press is actively releasing English versions of both the light novels and manga adaptations, and they describe the story as follows:

In addition to its literary and animated adaptations, the series has expanded into gaming with a browser game titled “Isekai de Cheat Skill o Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai o mo Musōsuru – Level up wa Jinsei o Kaeta: Parallel universe.”

This MMORPG was released worldwide in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Korean on the G123 platform in July. The game follows a free-to-play model, offering optional purchases in game.
