VTuber Watson Ameliaone of the members of the first generation of hololive English, Myth, will have his last live stream on September 30.
While Watson’s channel and social media activities are coming to a halt, an official announcement says that she will “remain an affiliate of hololive production going forward.” Her existing merchandise and “other items” will also continue to be sold.
In a short video on his channel, Watson, who goes by Ame, said the move was not motivated by “personal or private circumstances.” Watson did not elaborate on the reasons for the hiatus but said they were “really simple.”
“It may be hard for me to see right now, but yes, I think everything will be okay,” she said. “I believe that, and after all, I feel like you guys helped me believe in myself too. You taught me that the ‘Ame Way’ is so powerful, [và quá] stubborn.”
Until the “finale” on September 30, Watson will continue to participate in the ongoing HoloGTA roleplaying event. She also plans to host several endurance streams, a charity stream, two more membership streams, and “a lot of collaboration.”
VTuber's detective-themed YouTube membership and Members-Only Content will remain available until October 31 at 7:59 a.m. PDT. Fan mail will continue to be accepted until November 29 PDT.

Watson first went live on September 13, 2020. He recently participated in Myth's 4th anniversary concert, The Show Goes On!, which was streamed on September 15 JST.
