The animated project Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance has revealed new visuals and a trailer, as well as a premiere date of October 17 exclusively on Netflix. The project is a joint collaboration between SUNRISE and SAFEHOUSE, Inc. It was announced last year and will be fully animated using Epic Games' Unreal Engine 5 technology.
There will be six 30-minute episodes, focusing on the European front during the Year War.
Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance – New Trailer
Erasmus Brosdau (The Lord Inquisitor: Seed of Ambition, Origin Zero, Altered Carbon: Resleeved) is directing the project, while Gavin Hignight (Tekken: Bloodline) is writing the script. Celia Massingham voices protagonist Iria Sorari, who appears in the image alongside the Red Wolves.

Gundam is a Japanese mixed media franchise centered on mechanical robots, created by SUNRISE and Yoshiyuki Tomino. The franchise officially debuted on April 7, 1979, with the Mobile Suit GTA anime series. In addition to the popular anime series and spin-off films, the series has also spawned manga, novels, video games, and of course, popular toys.
