Go Go Loser Ranger Episode 5 Review: Hibiki is a pacifist
This episode once again did not disappoint us because we got to see another plot twist that hardly any of us expected. Here, Pink Ranger approaches Suzukiri and invites her and Hibiki to attend the after-party with her. Suzukiri openly denies it and even mocks Pink by saying that she just wants Hibiki's company so she should approach him herself. This is strange and it definitely proves that Hibiki and the pink ranger are somehow connected.
We are then transferred to our foot soldier D, who is now trying his best to live as Hibiki along with the other trainee Rangers. But because D was unnecessarily restless and not very clear-headed, he went ahead and broke the laptop that Hibiki had prepared for him to get all the information he needed .
So D had to run to the repairman and fix his laptop, then he went to meet the other Rangers as he received the mission of distributing ID cards to them. We see a wide range of trainees, each with their own unique looks and personalities. Some of them are very Karenble and helpful while others are extremely unstable and violent.
But the most shocking discovery was the presence of another person in Hibiki's room. He is hiding a girl in his closet who will change the whole scenario from now on. Why she is there and the impact she will have on the ongoing war between the villains and the Rangers is something we will have to see in the future.
From this episode, we also get a clear picture of Hibiki's actual characteristics. He is a certified pacifist and really doesn't like fighting other people. He is famous for this type of behavior and is also hunted by people who hate his ideology. Being someone who doesn't like fighting, in a place where fighting is paramount, has made Hibiki an enemy to many people and thus, he is also bullied for this reason. But he persevered to the end and hoped that his dream of eternal peace would come true one day.
Verdict
There is another shocking revelation that I haven't mentioned and I urge you to come and see it for yourself. This cartoon really knows how to keep things interesting and keep everyone guessing. We're five episodes in, but we still don't know how things will play out in the future. Plus, there are a lot of interesting characters that aren't one-dimensional but have strange and almost surreal aspects.
