First Stop Cosplay, in collaboration with ATLUS, is releasing a licensed Persona 5 Royal cosplay garment for fans of the popular role-playing game.
Cosplay as a fandom activity has exploded at the same time as anime’s growing popularity worldwide. Cosplay itself has never been limited to just anime and manga but also games and other media. After all, it is also a way to show appreciation and love for IP. ATLUS, the maker of many beloved JRPG titles, seems to have taken notice and, along with First Stop Cosplay, has released the Persona 5 Royal Protagonist sewing pattern – a paper blueprint for making clothes – based on copper. Main Character’s stylish school uniform and comes with step-by-step instructions for creating the cosplay. This saves time on trial and error when designing outfits from scratch.
