In Daima, in addition to introducing the great demon world, Akira Toriyama and Toei Animation took the opportunity to confirm that the Namekians were originally evil, before they arrived on planet Namek.
With the second episode of the anime, fans get to see how the group of Z warriors are dealing with “mini” versions of themselves. In a shocking moment, Dragon God and the Dragon Balls introduced a new major twist to the series.
For quite a long time, the Divine Dragon on Earth only granted one wish when summoned. When Dragon Ball Z debuted, anime fans were introduced to Porunga, the dragon god of Namek. Porunga not only looks very different from Shenron, but also has different abilities.
Porunga can grant three wishes while Shenron can only grant one. When Dende became the god of Earth replacing Kami who fused with Piccolo, new Dragon Balls were created and it seemed like Shenron was making his own rules in Dragon Ball Daima.
The Dragon Balls have changed
In episode one of the latest Dragon Ball anime, King Gomah of the demon world decided to make a wish, turning Goku and his friends into miniature versions of themselves. After Gomah granted his wish, Shenron declared that it was leaving, causing the demon lord to go on a rampage, demanding more wishes.
According to the earth god dragon's interpretation, Shenron grants only one wish to “new customers”, but grants returning customers three wishes. This means that Gomah only has the chance to turn the Z group of warriors into children and can no longer wish to receive the “Evil Third Eye”.
This move of the Divine Dragon will benefit the Z warrior group.
The power of the Namekian character Neva
In the premiere episode of Dragon Ball Daima, viewers are introduced to Neva, an elderly Namekian who has the power to instantly collect Dragon Balls and make them no longer rocks.
However, Neva's technique cannot be performed continuously on Earth, even though he can do it in the demon world.
Another big reveal involving the Namekians also comes in episode two when Piccolo details why the warrior clan and the dragon clan (the Namekians are classified into these two categories) left the Demon Realm.
By the time Piccolo was born, the migration was complete and he did not witness it. The Namekians left because they “did not like to be ruled”. Because the Demon Realm is a place dominated by many evil forces, it is understandable that the Namekians would find a way to leave there to find a new home.
The final moments of episode two finally introduce us to Glorio, a resident of the Demon Realm who has come to help Goku and the Supreme Kai defeat Gomah. It appears that Glorio was informed of the Z-Warriors' predicament by a mysterious informant, which will no doubt be revealed later.
Since Glorio's ship can only hold three people, Goku and Supreme Kai jump on board, leaving the others behind. But it looks like Piccolo, Vegeta, and Bulma will join the other trio in a few days, as Bulma needs time to repair the Kaioshin's ship.
