Bocchi the Rock's Kessoku Band! became the latest guest to appear on THE FIRST TAKE, a YouTube channel featuring one-off performances from various artists.
For the channel's 442nd episode, voice actor Ikumi Hasegawawho plays Ikuyo Kita, the lead vocalist of the Kessoku Band in the anime, performed the song “Guitar, Loneliness and Blue Planet” from the show's fifth episode.

The Bocchi the Rock ! The anime premiered in October 2022 and ended with 12 episodes. A two-part compendium film with new footage for the opening premiered in Japan on June 7 and is also coming to theaters in North America.
The film is adapted from the manga 4-koma published by Houbunsha Aki Hamazi and follows the nervous Hitori “Bocchi” Gotoh, who becomes a skilled but socially awkward guitar player. Hitori's life begins to change when she is invited to join a band led by the cheerful Nijika Ichiji. The other main actors are Yoshino Aoyama as Hitori, Sayumi Suzushiro as Nijika and Saku Mizuno as Ryo Yamada.
