The battle between the Royal Guard and Yhwach's Schutzstaffel over the Soul King intensifies. As the fierce confrontation continues, Kiriji, Hikifune, and Nimaiya sacrifice their lives to remove the seal of the Blood Pact, allowing Shutara Senjumaru to unleash his Bankai, “Shatatsu Karagara Shigarami no Tsuji”. She pushes Yhwach's Schutzstaffel, including Uryu, into a corner.
Meanwhile, facing Yhwach, Hyosube Ichibe releases his Zanpakuto, “Shirafude Ichimonji”, transforming Yhwach into a fragile and fleeting black ant. With Yhwach and Uryu on the brink of defeat, the outcome of the battle hangs in the balance…
Studio Pierrot previously produced the original television anime adaptation of Tite Kubo's BLEACH manga, which aired from October 2004 to March 2012 for a total of 366 episodes. VIZ Media licensed it in English, and they describe the BLEACH: TYBWA story:
