Bleach A Thousand Years of Blood Battle Part 2 Episode 7 Review-I Am The Edge
Like every Shonen anime, no matter how well-written Bleach’s overall plot has been so far or in the future, its fans will always pay more attention to its fight scenes. We already have some iconic characters, such as Ichigo taking on Ulquiorra, Grimmjow, Kenpachi and Byakuya, and Yamamoto taking on Yhwach. All of these have become immortalized because of the action, the writing of the characters, the score, or a combination of all three. We already have a great fight scene this season, just in the last episode. However, it’s time to add another, perhaps the best we’ll see all season.

This is something else entirely. This is absolutely phenomenal, and let’s talk about all the things that make it happen. First and foremost – Kenpachi Zaraki’s return with his newfound powers and Zanpakuto name. His sheer presence on the show is once again astounding, and there’s no doubt that he’s one of the most interesting characters in the story. His powers are beyond anyone’s understanding and the show’s regular exploration of them is a real pleasure. There’s so much more about him and that’s the part that excites everyone the most.
Then came his rival, Sternritter V-Gremmy. Bleach is now two-on-two one of the absolutely amazing villains for two episodes in a row. I don’t want to spoil Gremmy’s deal, as you should check him out for yourself. How does one even come up with the power he has? What was Tite Kubo thinking when he made him? Does he know how crazy his imagination is to create someone with the same power as the Gremmys? How does he think to put him against Kenny?

Well, I thank the day that he did because he created a masterpiece that day. For a character introduced only in Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Part 2 Episode 7, Gremmy made an immediate impression with her sheer strength and creativity in her powers. Kenny, of course, is Kenny and fights the way you would expect of him. The two had absolutely amazing chemistry and tear each other apart, and although the fight didn’t last too long, they managed to make an impact on Soul Society that would last until the series’ conclusion. end.
Sure, there’s a conversation here about the war being too short when compared to the earlier giants the show has had, which has a whole bunch of sub-plots in between these iconic battles. , but today it’s just another world where those battles not only don’t take place but people actively ignore them because of them. This battle is perfect for its length, not its defiance. It’s unbelievable that Kenpachi can go into a multi-episode battle just because it’s not his style. This is perfect for what it is—from animation to character design. This is the pinnacle of Bleach.
