Attack on Titan has revealed the final trailer for the anime series, which is scheduled to air its final episode on November 4. Studio MAPPA is animating the series, under the direction of Yuichiro Hayashi. Linked Horizon, the band behind the theme songs for the first three seasons of the anime, will return one last time.

The trailer was released yesterday, along with information that the final episode will be 1 hour and 25 minutes long. The previous season was licensed as Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special, which had a runtime of 61 minutes.
Linked Horizon’s new song “Nisennen… Moshiku wa… Nimannengo no Kimi e…/Two thousand years… Or… 20,000 years from now…” will be released on November 5 in Japan, following the episode premiere last. The album cover art is now available along with photos of REVO’s new artist, the singer and songwriter behind Linked Horizon. He wrote the famous “Guren no Yumiya” and “Shinzo wo Sasageyo” for the anime, among other songs.
Attack on Titan – Final theme song
To celebrate the anime’s conclusion, the franchise will host an online event Attack on Titan: After Party. The event will feature 17 fun things for fans to enjoy – from interviews with the cast to chats with staff, including Yuichiro Hayashi, Hiroyuki Sawano, Shintaro Kawakubo (manga editor), etc. Tickets are on sale now sold for 3000JPY.

In addition to the event, the series will also have its first art book, scheduled to launch in April 2024. The book will feature color illustrations and a new 18-page story, titled Bad Boy. The cover illustration features Levi, Gabi and Falco and the first four pages will launch on October 30.

Attack on Titan is based on the manga by Hajime Isayama serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine from 2009 to 2021. The manga ended in April 2021 after 139 chapters, compiled into 34 volumes. The final, 34th volume debuted in June 2021. The manga was adapted into an anime by WIT Studio in 2013. Season 2 debuted in 2017, followed by a third season divided into two parts. The first season aired in the summer of 2018, while the second season began in April 2019. Studio MAPPA took over the franchise for the 4th season, titled Attack on Titan’s Final Season. The series began airing in December 2020 and has a total of 16 episodes. After finishing airing in March 2021, Season 2 was announced. Attack on Titan Season 2 finally began last January.
