The song begins with Adam McArthur, who plays Yuji Itadori in the English dub of Jujutsu Kaisen, repeating his infamous line about the type of woman Yuji likes from episode #2, “For Myself”. This time, the Jujutsu wizard changes Jennifer Lawrence’s name to Megan Thee Stallion. The song transitions into a chorus of invulnerability like Satoru Gojo“Can’t touch me like Gojo / Looking good in all my pics / Just landed in Kyoto,” Megan teases. It’s Meg at her best: boasting about her untouchable place in the hip-hop scene while peppering her words with evocative references.
“Ayy, can't touch me like Gojo / Looking so beautiful in every picture of me / Just landed in Kyoto,” Megan teases.
The flashing beat is sampled from JJK's commercial music, light and airy like Meg's bars are fiery and precise. Reminiscent of the final battle of Jujutsu Kaisen when Gojo first fought Sukuna in episode #5, “Curse Womb Must Die 2,” the lyrics evoke images of the white-haired jujutsu mage gracefully dodging each attack, just as Meg dodges the shadows and potential taunts from artists considered themselves her rivals. “Chou ii onna / When I pass by, they stop / He doesn't run away from me / Because he wants to be trapped in the expansion of my domain / H**s want my technique, can't be like me / With a Sharingan Sasuke,” Megan raps, naming one of Sasuke Uchiha's strongest fighting techniques.

MEGAN’s Eastern influences extend far beyond “Otaku Hot Girl,” featuring Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba in “Mamushi,” and an epic cosplay in the music video for “BOA.” In the video, Megan challenges three teenagers caught up in a life-or-death video game, reminiscent of classic isekai video games, .hack//sign, and Sword Art Online. However, Megan's visual reference was mainly inspired by One Piece's “Snake Princess”, Boa Hancockas the song's title suggests. The iconic star wears a revealing pink outfit, a wig styled in Boa's signature face-framing hairstyle, and a battle staff reminiscent of Hancock's reptilian weapon, Salome.
Between Tekken and Mortal Kombat-themed fight scenes, Megan dances in colorful costumes that pay homage to the popular Japanese arcade game, Dance Dance Revolution, and SEGA music game, Space Channel 5.
