One Piece Reveals Iron Giant Can Damage The Five Elders
Created by Eiichiro Oda Chapter #1119, “Emet”
The Five Elders are by far the toughest opponents Luffy has ever faced. The Five Elders' horrific transformations give each of them a powerful set of abilities that are hard to overcome, even with the ridiculous power of Gear Five and the giant conqueror's haki attacks that come with it.
Saint Warcury in particular has proven to be special. resist Luffy's attackno matter what he does. In fact, punching him strangely caused Luffy pain on more than one occasion, so much so that Luffy's new plan became to throw the Five Elders as far as possible. So it was shocking to see that the Iron Giant was able to not only injure Saint Warcury, but also break his tusks with seemingly no effort at all.
The iron giant was alone made the Five Elders look much weaker. than they initially seem, while also proving that there is actually a way to defeat them that Luff has yet to discover. It's hard to say exactly what contributes to the Iron Giant's overwhelming strength, although the fact that the robot seems to move in time with Nika's heartbeat suggests the answer lies dormant within Luffy as well.
It is also possible that the Iron Giants were created using some mysterious technology from the Ancient Kingdom, such as powerful Ancient Weapons. This would again explain why the Ancient Kingdom was so powerful that twenty kingdoms had to form an alliance to take them down, with the Iron Giants being just one example of the dangerous technology the Ancient Kingdom had at their disposal.

Perhaps the biggest news in chapter #1119 is the reveal of the Iron Giant's name, whose meaning could be the key to solving many of the mysteries surrounding this strange robot. Emet, is actually a Hebrew word meaning “loyalty” or better yet, “truth.”
If so, what Joyboy asks the Iron Giant to do when the time is right could be to defeat the Five Elders and reveal the truth about the Void Century and the cruelty of the World Government. This also ties into why the Iron Giant attacked Mariejois 200 years ago and why it apologized to Joyboy after waking up on Egghead for not completing its mission.
On the other hand, when the word “emet” is used to describe a person, it usually means someone who is trustworthy, reliable, or someone who supports others. In this case, Joyboy's mission to the Iron Giant could be to assist the new Joyboy or Sun God Nika when the time comes and someone needs its help, like Luffy does now. This explains why the Iron Giant's immediate reaction to this mission left by Joybpy was to punch Saint Warcury, who was threatening to stop Luffy, aka the new Joyboy, from escaping Egghead.
Of course, this raises the interesting question of whether someone else had awakened the Nika Fruit 200 years ago when the Iron Giant attacked the Sanctuary. Clearly, there is more to the Iron Giant than meets the eye. There are still many fans who don't know about the Nika Fruit, Joyboy, and the world. A piece as a whole. Currently, IronGiant At least it gave fans hope of the Gorosei's defeat when Luffy had the inevitable rematch in the Final Saga.
