Earlier this week, singer and voice actress Yukari Tamura's official website confirmed the postponement of three scheduled concerts on her “Yukari Tamura LOVE♡LIVE 2024 *Honey rabbit*” tour, due to with pneumonia and acute vocal corditis.
In a statement on Sunday, Tamura's staff explained that Tamura complained of throat problems after her performance at J:COM Hall Hachioji in Tokyo on Saturday. Tamura was scheduled to have another performance at the same venue on Sunday, but she still had difficulty singing for a long time and the staff decided to postpone the concert. The staff added that they are currently considering a rescheduled date for the concert, but noted that the show may be canceled if they cannot adjust the date.
In another announcement on Monday, Tamura's staff reported that Tamura had seen a doctor for a medical examination. Her sore throat was investigated and she was diagnosed with pneumonia and voice disorder due to acute vocal cord inflammation. The doctor ordered Tamura not to use his voice and to rest for 10 days. Tamura's staff decided to postpone two more performances scheduled for her “Yukari Tamura LOVE♡LIVE 2024 *Honey rabbit*” concert on June 8 at the Urayasu City Cultural Hall in Chiba and on June 9 at the Tochigi Prefectural Cultural Center in Utsunomiya City. Tamura's staff is currently determining the rescheduled date along with the postponed June 2 performance, but again noted that performances may be canceled if they cannot make the necessary arrangements.
In addition to the three affected dates, Tamura has several other performances scheduled for the “Yukari Tamura LOVE♡LIVE 2024 *Honey rabbit*” concert in late June until early September.
Tamura is known for playing Nanoha Takamachi in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Ranpha Franboise in Galactic Angel, Yamada in B Gata H Kei-Yamada's First Time, and Pucchan/Rino Rando in Best Student Council among others. another, where she also performed the series' theme songs.
